The PostHog integration is available on paid plans. A team admin must connect and configure the data source.
PostHog in Unblocked
By connecting PostHog to Unblocked, you can ask questions about how customers use your product and connect that to your code, issues, incidents, and documentation. For example, start with:- Which platforms account for the drop-off?
- How many users are affected?
- What code handles that step?
- Were there relevant pull requests or incidents during that period?
- How does our documentation describe the intended experience?
- How has activation changed this quarter?
- Is adoption of the new editor increasing week over week?
- Which onboarding step has the greatest drop-off?
- How did usage change after July 15?
- How does our PostHog dashboard define activation?
