How to change plans and manage users
If you’re using Unblocked on the Starter or Business Plan, you can change your Unblocked plan at any point. To make changes to an Enterprise Plan, please contact our sales team.
Changing your plan
To change your plan, sign in to Unblocked on the web, and then click Settings in the sidebar of the Unblocked web app.
Under Company Settings, select Billing. Here you’ll see your team’s current plan.
To change your plan, select Change plan. You’ll be redirected to a page that lists Unblocked’s plans. Here you can choose the plan you’d like to switch to. If you are upgrading to a paid plan, follow the instructions to set up billing.
If you are downgrading from a paid plan to the free Starter Plan, you will no longer be charged for Unblocked and your team will lose access to paid features at the end of your billing cycle.
Adding users to your team
If your team is using SSO with Unblocked, please refer to that article for instructions on adding users.
You can add users at any point in your billing cycle. To do so, follow the instructions in the inviting users article.
You’ll be charged a prorated amount for any users who are added during a billing cycle. Users who are added to your plan claim their seat when they ask Unblocked their first question.
Removing users from a paid license
If your team is using SSO with Unblocked, please refer to that article for instructions on adding users.
To remove users from being associated with a paid license for your Unblocked Team, click Settings in the sidebar of the Unblocked web app and then select Members under your Company Settings.
Here you’ll see a list of all the users who have access to your Unblocked workspace.
Select the three dot menu next to a user and then choose Remove from Unblocked from the dropdown menu.
You’ll then be asked to confirm that you want to remove a license for this user. To remove them from your Unblocked workspace select Remove License. This seat can now be assumed by any new members on your team.
Users who have been removed from a paid license will still have access to your Unblocked Team and their past questions.
