While Unblocked can help you understand how your codebase works and why, sometimes it can be helpful to have a conversation with a person, especially if you need more help understanding one of Unblocked’s answers. For each question you ask Unblocked, it will list internal experts from among the Unblocked users on your team who know the most about the topic. These may be people who originally worked on the code or part of your application in question, or teammates who have specific knowledge on a particular topic. internal-expert You can loop these individuals into the conversation you are having with Unblocked by clicking on their username when it’s listed under an answer. This will populate the prompt field with an at mention @name so you can type out a question to them directly. They will then receive a notification from Unblocked and be able to join the conversation to help you out as needed.
