Incognito Mode

By default, the questions you ask Unblocked appear on the Team Questions page, contributing back to the Unblocked knowledge base for your team.

However, there may be times when you want to ask a question, but you don’t necessarily want that question shared with the rest of your team. That’s where Unblocked’s Incognito Mode comes in.

Incognito Mode provides complete privacy for your inquiries. Unblocked delivers the same high-quality answers as it does when you’re asking publicly, but your questions and Unblocked’s answers are visible only to you.

To activate Incognito Mode, click the eye icon on the question line so it turns orange and has a line through it. This ensures that subsequent questions — and Unblocked’s answers — will only be visible to you.

If it turns out that the response isn’t something you need to keep private, click Make Public, and the answer will then appear on your team’s Team Questions page.

You can turn Incognito Mode off at any time by clicking the eye icon to its unset state.
