# Overview

> Getting answers about your codebase

Unblocked is built to provide a conversational way of understanding your code. Once you've provided Unblocked with access to [your code](/connecting-source-code) and [other tools you use to make decisions about your application](/configuring-data-sources), your team can get started using Unblocked.

Unblocked gives you a choice of interfaces for asking questions, including [on the web](/using-unblocked/on-the-web) and [in the Mac app](/using-unblocked/on-your-mac). For tips on how to get the best possible responses from Unblocked, see the article on [example questions](/writing-questions).

The following articles will help you understand the features available with Unblocked's answers:

* [Asking Unblocked Questions](/unblocked-chat/asking-questions)
* [Using Incognito Mode to Ask Private Questions](/unblocked-chat/incognito-mode)
* [Exploring the References Cited by Unblocked](/unblocked-chat/cited-sources)
