# PostHog

> Connect your PostHog organization to Unblocked

When you connect PostHog to Unblocked, Unblocked can reference dashboards, notebooks, surveys, and experiments from the PostHog projects you select. Unblocked provides links back to the original PostHog resources for easy reference.

  The PostHog integration is available on paid plans. A team admin must connect and configure the data source.

PostHog Cloud organizations hosted in the US and EU regions are supported.

## Connect PostHog

  <Step title="Connect PostHog">
    In the Unblocked sidebar, click **Settings**, then **Data Sources**, then **Connect another data source**. Scroll to the Analytics section and select **PostHog**.

  <Step title="Authorize Unblocked">
    You'll be redirected to PostHog. Sign in if needed, then approve Unblocked's access to your PostHog account.

    Unblocked uses OAuth to connect, so you don't need to create or copy an API key.

  <Step title="Select your organization">
    After authorizing, you'll return to Unblocked. Select the PostHog organization you want to connect.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your projects">
    Select the PostHog projects you want Unblocked to reference. If some projects are still syncing, Unblocked displays a banner and adds them to the list when they're available.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save your settings">
    Click **Save Settings**. Unblocked will begin processing dashboards, notebooks, surveys, and experiments from the projects you selected.

## Manage project access

You can change which projects Unblocked references at any time from **Settings** › **Data Sources** › **PostHog**.

To automatically include projects created after you connect PostHog, open the menu on the PostHog settings page, select **Manage Preferences**, and enable **Automatically include newly created projects**.

When [Data Shield](/team-settings/data-shield) is enabled for PostHog, Unblocked respects each user's access to PostHog projects and resources when answering questions.
